Accidents and Incidents
From the Haverfordwest & Milford Haven Telegraph of Wednesday 22nd August 1906:
On Monday another trawler arrived to swell the Milford fishing fleet, viz., the steam trawler "Edward VII", built to order of Mr. James Thomas, at Shields. She measures 120 feet in length, and she has been constructed upon the latest principles, and possesses up-to-date gear. We trust that she may prove as successful as the other vessel belonging to the same owner. Other new trawlers are expected shortly, and the fleet is being kept thoroughly in line with the requirements of modern fishing.
