 Accidents and Incidents

From the West Wales Guardian of Friday 17th December 1948:

On enquiry on Thursday we were told at the offices of Messrs.  Peter Hancock and Sons that there is no truth whatever that the steam trawler Wigan has been sold to a Scottish port.

"You can scotch that rumour," and official of the firm declared.  "The Wigan is still in our ownership."
